Career breakfast meetings

  • Monthly, extended in remote mode:
    • To reach all Alumni in France and abroad,
    • To increase the frequency if necessary depending on the attendance or urgency.
  • Breakfast meeting agenda:
    • Exchanges between attendees on their backgrounds / experiences, cross-fertilization of good practices, advice and networking building on group dynamic effects,
    • Review of Resume’s, presentation and content recommendations, examples of impactful writing,
    • Use of social networks, especially LinkedIn, writing your LinkedIn profile, use of posts and networking,
    • Networking with Alumni or acquaintances who can help,
    • Recommendations for support from organizations carrying out career or skills reviews, professional coaching, or through mentoring,
    • Salary benchmark,
    • Recommendations for job search techniques,
    • Review of self-employment opportunities (Consultant, Interim Manager) and orientation to Companies,
    • Job search advice booklet.

Professional Solidarity Coaching:

  • 4 free sessions,
  • For alumni in or out of position, in order to deal with the following issues:
    • Career guidance,
    • Develop self-confidence,
    • Identify your talents to implement your skills successfully,
    • Identify your career driving factors,
    • Restore a difficult managerial situation,
    • Identify your challenges and perform faster in taking on a new position,
    • Give your company a relevant orientation, choose your allies and define the ad hoc structures,
    • Set up a successful delegation that allows you to focus on fundamental missions,
    • Lead your team with maximum efficiency and enthusiasm,
    • Reconcile professional and personal constraints,
    • Exercise your responsibilities more efficiently
    • Cope with more or less significant changes in your environment.
