The Board of Directors includes between eighteen and twenty-four elected members, according to the deliberation of the General Assembly.
The members of the Board of Directors are elected by secret ballot for three years by the General Assembly and chosen from among the full members of the Amicale ISAE-SUPAERO-ENSICA.
Meetings
The Board of Directors meets at least once every six months and whenever it is convened by its chairman or at the request of a quarter of its members.
