A transformation begun under Olivier Lesbre

Under the leadership of Olivier Lesbre, ISAE-SUPAERO has undergone significant expansion. In the space of ten years, the school has enriched its training offer and strengthened its research activities, while repositioning itself on the international scene. Olivier Lesbre emphasized his commitment to two objectives: to promote the excellence of French training and to support the aerospace sector in the face of new challenges. His career, dedicated to the general interest and to defense, ends on a note of pride in his achievements at ISAE-SUPAERO.

Major challenges for Marie-Hélène Baroux

Asformer Deputy Director General of ISAE-SUPAERO (2019-2021), Marie-Hélène Baroux is no stranger to the challenges facing the Institute. She inherits an organization at a crucial turning point, in a context of accelerated change for the aerospace industry. She also emphasizes the importance of consolidating relations with the defense sector and the Institute's industrial partners. Her vision is clear: to prepare ISAE-SUPAERO to be not only a major player in technological innovation, but also an institution responding to tomorrow's societal challenges.

Diversity at the heart of innovation
