An evening of wine tasting and sharing 🍷✨

The ISAE-SUPAERO ENSICA Alumni Association recently hosted an evening of discovery and conviviality. Philippe NICOLAS (S 1981), an alumnus with a diploma in oenology, led an oenology workshop.

For this year's event, Philippe had chosen a theme as sharp as it was exciting: AOC "Saintes".
As the tasting progressed, alumni and students alike were able to explore the history, characteristics and aromatic subtleties of these remarkable appellations. Thanks to Philippe's passionate and educational explanations, everyone was able to refine their palate and better understand the work of the winemakers behind each bottle.

The tasting continued with a convivial meal, where the flavors of the food served were perfectly matched to those of the wines selected.

With its mix of tasty discoveries, anecdotes and spontaneous discussions, the evening created a real intergenerational moment, bringing alumni and students together around a shared sensory experience.

Thanks to Philippe NICOLAS for his expertise and enthusiasm, and to all the participants for their presence and commitment.

The evening once again demonstrated the richness of our network and the pleasure of getting together for activities that combine culture, know-how and conviviality.
