Remember to update your ISAE Alumni profile

The new edition of our Alumni directory has been launched, it is time to update the information in your ISAE Alumni profile to benefit from the dynamics of our network (alumni contacts, mentoring, career development, advice, etc.). The redesign of the site continues, with the publication of our smartphone applications and the development of functions specially designed to be useful to students. By this summer, we will have all the tools in hand to allow a much more dynamic animation of our network, hoping that we will have regained our freedoms by then!

We therefore suggest that you visit our new website: https://www.isae-alumni.net/fr/ to update the information that concerns you if necessary.

In accordance with data protection legislation, you have various options for setting up your personal data:

• once logged in, complete your profile
• define your visibility online and in the paper directory - My information / User information management / confidentiality
• then configure the reception of your emails - My information / User information management / Email and subscription settings

We draw your attention to the importance of these actions:

• You decide for yourself what data you want to publish, whether online or in the paper directory, by adjusting your privacy settings.
• Whatever your settings, your data remains inaccessible outside the ISAE community. They are only visible to our member alumni, and by a limited number of permanent ISAE Alumni.
• By sharing your data, you will benefit from all the power of a global network of 16,000 alumni (number of contacts)
• If you do not wish to share certain private data (postal address, telephone, e-mail, for example), we still advise you to enter them on your file, but indicating them as non-publishable. They will remain invisible to your comrades, and the Association will keep the means of contacting you or sending you letters.

You can reach support at this address in the event of a technical problem. For this year 2021 the release of this edition is slightly postponed by a few months, normally around the end of June 2021. This directory will be sent to each 2020 contributor who has accepted in their profile settings to receive it by post. Each 2021 contributor has access to this same online directory.

Nous attirons ton attention sur l'importance de ces actions :

• Tu décides toi-même des données que tu veux publier, que ce soit en ligne ou dans l'annuaire papier, en réglant tes paramètres de confidentialité.
• Quels que soient tes réglages, tes données restent inaccessibles en dehors de la communauté ISAE. Elles ne sont visibles que par nos alumni adhérents, et par un nombre limité de permanents de l'ISAE Alumni.
• En partageant tes données, tu bénéficieras de toute la puissance d'un réseau mondial de 16 000 alumni (nombre de contacts)
• Si tu ne souhaites pas partager certaines données privées (adresse postale, téléphone, e-mail, par exemple), nous te conseillons quand même de les renseigner sur ta fiche, mais en les indiquant comme non publiables. Elles resteront invisibles pour tes camarades, et l'Association gardera le moyen de te joindre ou de t'adresser des courriers.

Pour cette année 2021 la sortie de cette édition est légèrement décalée de quelques mois, normalement autour de la fin du mois de juin 2021.
Cet annuaire sera envoyé à chaque cotisant 2020 qui a accepté dans les paramètres de son profil de le recevoir par courrier postal.
Chaque cotisant 2021 a accès à ce même annuaire en ligne.
